Case management with substance abuse patients is essential from the initial referral until s/he reaches their goal because the problems they face can impact whether or not they access treatment, remain in treatment and/or follow discharge plans. Candidates will compete three assignments related to the specific tasks involved in case management and will be evaluated by their completion of these assignments.
On a part-time basis, most candidates are anticipated to complete their degree requirements within eighteen months. The determining criteria are dedication and the candidate’s previous academic and professional portfolio.
